Still Smiling

Witty, intelligent, informative. With decades of sales experience, Mr. Horoff "walks the walk". Analogies of sex and S&M (Sales and Marketing), not only entertain the reader but also serve as a readily identifiable and memorable method for educating. Utilizing the value of learned behavior (sex, courtship, human desire) as an aid to developing new techniques for marketing, the reader can readily accept the "pearls" of selling experience as not only believable but easily adaptable to your own situation. Whether you are incapable of "selling water in the desert" or you just desire to polish and refine your individual technique, this book will take you to the next level and have you smiling while you are learning the "Dirty Little Secrets".

A Goldmine of Sales Secrets

Sales is all about having an edge and this book will give you one. Mace Horoff has written a book that gives you immediately applicable strategies. You'll also laugh a lot as you learn. Dating, courtship, and seduction provide you scenarios that allow you to quickly grasp the various stages of the sales process. Horoff gets it and you can too.
The 26 chapters are easy to read and you'll find yourself nodding and saying, "I get it." There's good, solid content inside. I never thought my view of emerging technology could be shaped by a couple's use of romantic devices.
While some may be a little shy about prominently displaying this book on their bookshelves, this will be the book that you use as you take your sales to the next level. If you've got an open mind, then you'll find this to be a great resource.

Informative, entertaining and easy to read

I might be a little more open minded than some women about sex, (way too many years owning a business in a man's world) but I think it has just enough information about sex to make it fun and plenty of good advice about sales. And of course you are right in the premise that if we put as much time, energy and planning into selling to our customers and closing the deal as we do in finding Mr Right instead of Mr Right Now, we would reach incredible rankings as salespeople.
When I first saw the chapter titles, I thought, Oh My! it was definitely an attention getter but right from the introduction I was hooked on your book, the comparison was entertaining as well as on target. The stories are fun too. Your fabulous sales ability personality really comes through!
