Christen is an avid reader who enjoys going on adventures whenever she can. Her love of fantasy started at an early age with fairytales and The Hobbit. She lives in Kansas in the home she shared with her late husband, Dustin, and their two dogs, Cora and Sophie. She first discovered a love of storytelling on the stage. In her late teens she began writing, a hobby that helped her through her husband’s death.

Best fantasy book I've read in years!

It's not often that I am easily drawn into a fiction novel but from the very first page, this book drew me in and held me captive through the entire journey. The details are so poetically painted to make you feel as if you are actually there, seeing and experiencing everything yourself. The characters are quite endearing and enchanting, hard not to fall in love with. This book is definitely full of heart. It is written in a way that can be enjoyed by young and old alike. My 10 year old daughter is currently reading and enjoying it as well. I am very much looking forward to the next books in this spellbinding trilogy!

Best Fantasy Novel Written In A Long Time

Good fantasy writers are rare to come by. Creating a new world that is believable can be challenging to do. Soulbound far exceeds any fantasy novel that has been written in years. Stovall uses a bit of magic of her own when weaving this exhilarating and poignant adventure that will leaving the reader starving for more.

A very great read and a simply thrilling adventure! The story grabs you from the very first page and keeps you enthralled till the very last! I felt like I was right there along with the characters through every moment of joy, sadness and fear, at times equal measures of nervous and excited to continue to the next page! I am already beyond excited for the next book and whatever journey awaits! Exceptional work by Christen and a must read for the fantasy lover!
